Character Motivation: Yennefer would have possibly been lead to believe that Ciri ended up in this world and she was to travel with Geralt for such purpose.

Noteworthy Positive Characteristics:
✔ Confident. Yennefer has the ability to dominate a conversation and put plans into play. As playing in political roles when the time came for it, she has an assertiveness which can drive plans forward. Without second-guessing, Yennefer has shown to have confident understandings of grave situations and the confidence to act to find a resolution.
✔ Wise. Despite how her confidence can bleed to arrogance, Yennefer is shown to be quite wise. Offering answers no one truly wants to hear, she is able to back up solutions with what needs to be done. Such solutions tie back to her confidence and age, but Yennefer's wisdom never is ill-advised. Despite her impulsive tendencies, she knows how to play by the book, play politics, and provide her input when needed.
✔ Imagination/Innovation. With her experiences in life, Yennefer is able to pull from many angles to accomplish a goal. She is gifted in knowledge of magical arts, history of the Continent, and quite formidable in handling warring men. She does so without thinking — without worrying of her own well-being mainly because by the time she takes a risk, she knows it's the right call to make.
Noteworthy Negative Characteristics:
✘ Hot-headed. Yennefer is very quick to anger. Despite how much she can show confidence and righteousness in her actions, if people disagree she very much goes out of her way to prove them wrong. This temper also adds to her bitterness and jealousy that can spike at times to those she is close with. Yennefer's short-temper borders arrogance. For example, she has been known to use her portals to transport those who wrong her into lakes. Yennefer is often referred to as a bitch.
✘ Flighty. At times when she feels vulnerable, she can run away from problems. There are times where she fears true intimacy and will remove herself from that situation to avoid being hurt.
✘ Immature. Just as Yennefer is wise, there are moments where Yennefer proves she has become too comfortable with her extended lifespan. She drinks all night, sleeps in with no regard for time, fights with her companions out of stubborn disagreements, cares about her vanity more than she'd like to admit, and insist she's right.

As mentioned, this is all snippets of a greater pool of magical prowess. I think the major nerfing would be their power, maybe working only 50% of their normal duration/strength? And of course, no portal creation to plot relevant areas or mindreading without approval (will provide opt-in form).
